New Years Party Recipe for No-Bake Miniature Cheesecakes
Ingredients:
2 packages no-bake cheesecake filling
1 and 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
6 tablespoons granulated sugar
2/3 cup margarine, melted
3 cups milk (check the amount called for on cheesecake filling package since this might vary depending upon brand of filling)
Maraschino cheery pieces, drained
24 paper baking cups
Muffin tins
Preparation:
Remove the graham cracker crumbs from the cheesecake filling packages.
Combine crumbs with chopped pecans, sugar, and melted margarine.
Divide crumb mixture among baking cups.
Press mixture firmly against sides and bottoms of cups.
Refrigerate approximately 15 minutes or until cool.
Pour milk into mixing bowl.
Add cheesecake filling.
Beat at low speed until well blended.
Pour into prepared crusts.
Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Before serving, garnish with maraschino cherry pieces.
Yield: 24 miniature cheesecakes

Lee Ann Womack. In total, Womack has issued 6 studio albums, 2 compilation albums, and placed 22 singles on Billboard Country Chart.

Lonestar is an American country music group consisting of Cody Collins (lead vocals, acoustic guitar), Michael Britt (lead guitar, background vocals), Keech Rainwater (drums) and Dean Sams (keyboards, melodica, background vocals). A CHEESECAKE RECIPE: CHOCOLATE-COVERED CHERRY CHEESECAKE
Ingredients
2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs 6 tablespoons
butter (no substitutes), melted
Cheesecake: 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1 cup sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 4 eggs 4 (1 ounce) squares white baking chocolate, melted and cooled
1 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained, rinsed and quartered 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Topping: 3 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate 2 tablespoons butter (no substitutes) 1 1/2 teaspoons shortening 1/2 (1 ounce) square white baking chocolate
Directions
In a bowl, combine chocolate crumbs and butter. Press onto the bottom and 1 in. up the sides of a greased 10-in. springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla; mix well. Add eggs; beat on low speed just until combined. Stir in melted chocolate; mix well. Gently fold in cherries and pecans. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-55 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight. Remove side of pan. In a saucepan, melt semisweet chocolate, butter and 1 teaspoon shortening until smooth. Cool for 2 minutes; pour over cheesecake. Spread over the top and let it run down the sides. Cool. In a small saucepan, melt white chocolate and remaining shortening. Drizzle over the top. Cool. Store in the refrigerator.

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter, softened
1 cup chopped pecans
Filling Ingredients:
(8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
cup milk
teaspoon vanilla
Heat oven to 350°F. Combine flour, brown sugar and butter in large bowl. Beat at low speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in pecans. Reserve 3/4 cup crumb mixture; set aside.Press remaining crumb mixture onto bottom of ungreased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Meanwhile, combine all filling ingredients in small bowl. Beat at low speed until well mixed. Spread filling over hot, partially baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture; press lightly into filling. Continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes or until filling is set. Cool completely; cut into bars. Store refrigerated. SOUNDS YUMMY!!

ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio – A judge is set to begin opening arguments in the trial of an Ohio police chief accused of snooping on the woman who carried twins for Hollywood couple Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick.
A jury was seated Monday in the case of Barry Carpenter, who was suspended as chief in Martins Ferry, the eastern Ohio town where surrogate Michelle Ross lived. Carpenter and Police Chief Chad Dojack from nearby Bridgeport are accused of scheming to sell items from the woman's home to celebrity photographers.
A prosecutor says Ross and two photographers are expected to testify in Carpenter's trial.
Carpenter could face 21 1/2 years in prison if convicted on all charges.
Dojack's trial is set for January. Both men have pleaded not guilty.

PLATINUM SELLING PLATINUM PROFILE: AARON TIPPIN
Aaron Dupree((DIDN'T KNOW THIS!!)) Tippin (born July 3, 1958 in Pensacola, Florida[2]) is an American country music artist and record producer. Initially a songwriter for Acuff-Rose Music, he gained a recording contract with RCA Records in 1990. His debut single, "You've Got to Stand for Something" became a popular anthem for American soldiers fighting in the Gulf War and helped to establish him as a neotraditionalist country act with songs that catered primarily to the American working class. Under RCA's tenure, he recorded five studio albums and a Greatest Hits package. A Minnesota man has pleaded guilty to driving his motorized La-Z-Boy chair while drunk. A criminal complaint says 62-year-old Dennis LeRoy Anderson told police he left a bar in the northern Minnesota town of Proctor on his chair after drinking eight or nine beers.
Prosecutors say Anderson's blood alcohol content was 0.29, more than three times the legal limit, when he crashed into a parked vehicle in August 2008. He was not seriously injured.
Police said the chair was powered by a converted lawnmower and had a stereo and cup holders.
Sixth Judicial District Judge Heather Sweetland stayed 180 days of jail time Monday and ordered two years of probation for Anderson. His attorney, David Keegan, did not immediately return a call for comment.

A HALLOWEEN CHEESECAKE RECIPE--DON'T BE SCARED!! BOO!!
HALLOWEEN PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE WITH GRAVEYARD CRUST RECIPE
Graveyard Crust1 1/2 cups ground gingersnap cookies1 1/2 cups toasted pecans (about 6 ounces)1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
Halloween Pumpkin Filling4 8-ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature1 2/3 cups sugar1 1/2 cups canned solid pack pumpkin (Check Contents)9 tablespoons whipping cream (Check Date)1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 teaspoon ground allspice4 large fresh eggs (Check Date)1 cup fresh sour cream (Check Date)
Steps For the Graveyard Crust:Open your oven door and check inside for Ghosts or Goblins...!Then preheat your oven to 350°F.Finely grind ground cookies, pecans and sugar in a processor. Add melted butter and blend until combined. Press crust mixture onto bottom and up sides of 9-inch-diameter springform pan with 2 3/4-inch-high sides.
Steps For the Halloween Filling:Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until light. Transfer 3/4 cup mixture to small bowl; cover tightly and refrigerate to use for topping. Add the pumpkin, 4 tablespoons whipping cream, ground cinnamon and ground allspice to mixture in large bowl and beat until well combined. Add the eggs one (1) at a time, beating them just until combined.Pour filling into crust (filling will almost fill pan). Bake until cheesecake puffs, top browns and center moves only slightly when pan is shaken, about 1 hour 15 minutes. Transfer cheesecake to rack and cool 10 minutes. Run small sharp knife around cake pan sides to loosen cheesecake. Cool. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
Bring remaining 3/4 cup cream cheese mixture to room temperature. Add remaining 5 tablespoons whipping cream to cream cheese mixture and stir to combine. Press down firmly on edges of cheesecake to even thickness. Pour cream cheese mixture over cheesecake, spreading evenly. Cover and refrigerate.
Release pan sides from cheesecake. Spoon sour cream into pastry bag and make a decorative border around the cheesecake and serve.
This is a great recipe for a Halloween Party and to spice up your holiday assortment of great desserts.
Serves 10 to 12 delicious and tasty servings to family, friends, ghosts and goblins.

In advance of his upcoming album, Southern Voice, Tim McGraw will perform an exclusive "Live on Letterman" Web cast concert at the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City on Monday (Oct. 12) at 8 p.m. ET. He will return for a performance and interview on the Late Show With David Letterman on Friday (Oct. 16). In addition, he'll perform on Today on Oct. 23, The Jay Leno Show on Oct. 27 (with guest Gregg Allman) and The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Oct. 29. Southern Voice will be released on Oct. 20. McGraw is expected to announce tour dates in the near future.

Mrs. Smith was a native of Lincoln County. She was a homemaker and a retired bookkeeper for Crosslin Supply Company in Eagleville. She was a member of Rockvale Cumberland Presbyterian Church. For 17 years Mrs. Smith was the pianist for the Stem Quartet, which performed throughout Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Lloyd and Frances Josephine Sullivan Sowell.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Allen Smith of Rockvale; children, Linda Smith Adams and Rev. Eddie Smith, both of Murfreesboro; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, Oct. 3, at the Rockvale Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Rev. Joyce Merritt, Rev. Eddie Smith, and Rev. Christian Smith officiating. Burial followed in Rocky Glade Cemetery, near Eagleville.

Merle Smith, 80, of Rockvale, died Thursday, Oct. 1, 2009, in Murfreesboro.

Kenneth Arnold (Kenny) Chesney (born March 26, 1968) is an American country music artist. Since 1993, Chesney has recorded 13 albums, 11 of which have been certified gold or higher by the RIAA. He has also produced more than 30 Top Ten singles on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs charts, 17 of which reached Number One. In addition, Chesney has received six ACM (including four consecutive Entertainer of the Year Awards),[1] as well as six CMA awards. Chesney is also one of the most popular touring acts in country music, regularly selling out the venues at which he performs;[2][3] his 2007 Flip-Flop Summer Tour was the highest-grossing country road trip of 2007.[4] He was awarded his 4th consecutive ACM Entertainer of the Year award on May 18, 2008.
Chesney was born in Knoxville, Tennessee, at St. Mary's Hospital on March 26, 1968. His mother Karen, was, and still is, a hair stylist in the Knoxville area. His father, David Chesney, is a former elementary school teacher. Chesney has one sibling, a younger sister named Jennifer Chandler. He was raised in Luttrell, Tennessee, and attended Gibbs High School, where he was a receiver on the football team, and graduated in 1986. The following year, Kenny received his first guitar for Christmas, which he began teaching himself to play. He had previously attempted guitar playing at age 5 but quit because "it hurt his fingers."[5]
Chesney studied in East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee, where he joined Lambda Chi Alpha International Fraternity and was member of the ETSU Bluegrass Program. Chesney played tunes at local places around Johnson City like Chucky's Trading Post (a small Mexican restaurant), Quarterbacks BBQ, and Rafters. He recorded his first album in 1989 at Classic Recording Studio in Bristol, Virginia. One thousand copies were produced and Chesney sold them at his busking gigs, using the money from album sales to help buy a new guitar.[6]
In 1990, Chesney graduated from East Tennessee State University with a degree in advertising.[6] After graduation, he headed to Nashville, where he performed at several local clubs. After making the rounds of the music publishers in Nashville, Chesney signed to contract in 1992 with BMI and Opryland Music Group.

Chesney's first album, In My Wildest Dreams, was released on the independent Capricorn Records label in 1994. The album's lead-off singles, "The Tin Man" and "Whatever It Takes", both reached the lower regions of the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks charts. The album sold approximately 10,000 copies before Capricorn Records closed its country music division that year.[7]
All I Need to Know
After Capricorn's closure, Chesney signed to BNA Records, which released his album All I Need to Know in 1995. The album produced three hit singles: "Fall in Love" and the title track (both of which reached Top Ten), and "Grandpa Told Me So", which peaked at #23.[7] "The Tin Man" was also included on this album, although it was not re-released as a single at the time.
