Louisianna Creole cooking / gumbo w/ Chateau de Jau's 2011 Le Jaja de Jau Syrah from Languedoc.

Mississippi Catfish w/ cormeal served w/ coleslaw hushpuppies and Riesling like Cupckae's Vineyards 2011 Riesling from the Mosel.

Georgia  Peaches, pecans and peanuts go well w/ Lucien's Albrecht's NV Cremant d' Alsace Brut Rose from Alsace, France.

North Carolina  Blue crab or crab cakes w/ Chenin Blanc, like Dry Creek Vineyard's 2011 Chenin Blanc from Clarksburg, CA.
