A Texas prosecutor is cooking up a deal to let Willie Nelson off easy for a pot bust on his tour bus by the Border Patrol. Hudspeth County Attorney C.R. "Kit" Bramblett said, "You can bet your ass I´m not going to be mean to Willie Nelson".
The prosecutor is talking about offering Willie the option to sing his 1975 hit "Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain", for the courtroom and pay a $100 fine and have his record expunged after 30 day of good behavior.
The final decision would fall on Judge Dean-Walker. "My court is not a jester court. I understand that people are star stuck, I´m not one of them"
