Graham cracker crumbs
1. MIX cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
2. Add eggs; mix just until blended.
3. Do not overbeat after adding eggs.
4. Stir in *1/2 cup* of the cranberries and peel.
5. Spray 9-inch pie plate with no stick cooking spray; sprinkle bottom with crumbs.
6. POUR cream cheese mixture into prepared pie plate.
7. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cranberries.
8. BAKE at 325F for 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
9. Makes 10 servings.
